Revamp your chair backs in two minutes or less! All you need is a scarf. No-sew tutorial :-).
Loosely fold the scarf in half lengthwise. Place over the back of the chair. Shift the scarf slightly so that 2/5's of the folded length hangs over the back of the chair while 3/5's hangs over the front of the chair.
Grasp the long length on the left side of the chair with your RIGHT hand. Grasp the long length on the right with your LEFT hand. The length in your left hand should cross UNDER the length that you're holding with your right hand. Pull taut.
Push the length of scarf in your right hand under the other length.
Pull the right side of the scarf straight UP while pulling the left side of the scarf straight down. Pull tightly. Let go of the bottom length.
Place the length that was in your right hand directly over the tied area.
It'll look like this! A quick and simple way to decorate your chairs for weddings, parties or 'just because'.
