Junk Bonanza was so much fun! Can't wait until Spring Bonanza!
Two floors of vintage crafty goodness at Canterbury Park in Shakopee ...
Art made from Junk exhibition:
This man on a bike:
This dress form:
And my favorite:
Sadly, I don't have a picture of Ki Nassauer, the founder of Junk Bonanza and FleaQuest.
Social anxiety kicked in and I slunk away like a dope while my bonus sister struck up a conversation with her ...
But I did find some great junk!
This pitcher that I'm going to tarnish with egg yolks:
This door hinge that will be made into a steampunk-ish journal
Part of a vintage fan - will become a floor lamp:
Awesome door that will be hung in the entry way. Will mod podge glass with music paper and use chalkboard paint on the bottom rectangles:
Mama's Happy was there selling Annie Sloan paint - I picked up some Emperor's Silk (beautiful red!) and dark wax. This will be used to transform my orangey-oak piano:
What did you find at Junk Bonanza?
