Since these forms are completely covered in tape, they're only suitable for glue-gun attachments. It would be quite difficult to poke wire attachments through duct tape!
Supplies:
- Saw
- Pool noodle
- Duct tape
- Electrical tape
Saw the noodle in half, lengthwise. Trim the ends at a slant.
Cut one of the halves in half again, lengthwise.
Cut (at a slant) one of the half-halves into two pieces, one slightly larger than the other.
Connect the slanted ends together. Use duct tape for the larger circles and electrical tape for the smaller circles. Completely cover the foam circles with tape.
If the wreath forms aren't lying flat, place them under something heavy for 12 hours or so.
Decorate as you wish!
